Role Description
The Zonal Business Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala, responsible for overseeing business operations and growth within the assigned zone. This role includes managing recovery and enforcement activities, supervising field teams, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines in all processes.



The Zonal Business Manager will develop and implement regional business strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive initiatives to improve recovery rates and client satisfaction. Daily tasks involve coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, preparing reports, and conducting regular reviews of asset management and recovery projects.
