Role Description
The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing the inside sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets for FACE Prep’s training and placement-focused programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation activities,



qualifying and nurturing prospects, conducting product demos, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, maintain strong account relationships, and ensure timely follow-up and communication with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves tracking sales performance, generating reports, implementing sales processes, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and coaching team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and Account Management, including prospecting, pipeline building, and relationship maintenance.
