About the Role

Delnie is looking for an experienced and highly driven
Business Development & Sales Manager
to acquire new business customers and sell our end-to-end digital and automation solutions.

Our services go beyond website development. We work with businesses to improve their
digital presence, customer acquisition, marketing performance, and internal operations through technology and automation
.

The right candidate should be comfortable speaking directly with founders, business owners, directors, and decision-makers, understanding their problems, proposing the right solution, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.

What You'll Sell

You will be responsible for generating business across Delnie's key service areas:
- Website & Web Application Development
— corporate websites, e-commerce, portals and custom web platforms.
- Performance Marketing




— Meta/Instagram advertising, lead generation, conversion campaigns and digital growth.
- Business Automation
— automating repetitive processes, workflows, follow-ups, reporting and internal operations.
- AI & Custom Technology Solutions
— AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, internal systems and custom software.
- End-to-End Digital Transformation
— combining technology, marketing and automation to solve business problems.

The objective is
consultative selling
: understand what is preventing the client from growing or operating efficiently, then work with our technical team to propose the right solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, calls and other channels.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
