About the Role

We are looking for
10 versatile, creative and commercially minded interns
to work across social media, marketing, content, sales, community engagement and creative execution.

This is
not an individual-specialisation role
. You will work across the marketing and growth functions of
Talent Academy India
, while also supporting the promotion of other
products and services
. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, content creation, social media, customer conversations and execution.

The objective is simple:
build attention, create engagement, generate leads and turn interest into measurable growth.

What You Will Work On
- Develop and execute social-media campaigns for Talent Academy and selected Kaaldnach offerings.
- Create, edit and publish
Reels, posts, stories, short-form videos and other social content
.
- Develop fresh campaign concepts, content themes and branding ideas.
- Prepare
media kits, promotional material, campaign assets and presentations
using Canva.
- Manage and publish content through
Meta Business Suite




and relevant social platforms.
- Generate leads through organic social media, communities, outreach and campaigns.
- Communicate with prospective customers, participants and audiences; respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally.
- Support lead follow-ups and sales/conversion activities.
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance and use the results to improve future campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for promoting both
Talent Academy India and other products/services

Tools & Working Style

Primary tools will include
Meta Business Suite and Canva
.
