Build Online Saathi in your State ??

Online Saathi is building a single-window digital service platform for migrant workers, informal workers and underserved communities—bringing Jobs, Government Schemes, Money Transfer, Travel, Financial Services and other digital services closer to people through a local Saathi Network.

We are looking for State Partners / State Sales Heads who can take ownership of Online Saathi’s growth in their state.

? What You Will Do

? Onboard and build a solid network of Online Saathis / local entrepreneurs

? Train, support and mentor Saathis for better service delivery

? Drive local marketing, branding and community outreach

? Reach migrant-worker and informal-worker communities across cities and districts

?️ Build partnerships with NGOs, employers, government, banks, community leaders and other stakeholders

? Generate leads for Jobs, Government Schemes and other services

? Generate business leads for Money Transfer, Loans, Insurance, Financial Services & other products





? Help Online Saathi understand local market needs and opportunities

? Own state-level sales, agent activation, customer acquisition and revenue growth

? Who We’re Looking For

You could be a great fit if you are:

✅ Strong in Sales / Business Development

✅ Well connected with local communities

✅ Experienced in field work, fintech, banking, NGO/social sector or digital services

✅ Valuable at building relationships and partnerships

✅ Comfortable travelling across your state

✅ Entrepreneurial, target-oriented and self-driven

✅ Able to work independently and build your own network

Existing networks of agents, entrepreneurs, NGOs, workers, employers or community leaders will be a strong advantage.
