Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from tendering to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Design, estimate, and prepare tender documents for HVAC systems using BMS software (IBMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and technical expertise.
- Develop PLC programs for building control systems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of HVAC design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in creating detailed estimates and tender documentation.
- Experience with presales activities, including estimating and bid preparation.
