Role Description
The Owner role at Sparklin is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, shaping the design vision, and ensuring alignment with the “Experience Better” philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key client relationships, guiding project teams,



and making decisions on new business opportunities and partnerships. The role involves monitoring financial performance, defining growth goals, and ensuring operational efficiency across design, delivery, and support functions. The Owner also mentors leaders and team members, fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, and represents Sparklin at client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications
- Experience in leading design-driven organizations or teams, with a strong understanding of user experience, product design, and service design.
- Proven background in business strategy, operations management, and financial oversight within a creative or consulting setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and drive account growth.
