You tell Homeie what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, searches and coordinates across a fragmented offline market, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including ₹0 security deposit upfront. What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really good afternoon.

But renting is only where we enter the relationship. Where you live shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, the neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home.

Zomato made restaurants feel like consumer tech. Blinkit made grocery delivery feel culturally relevant. Snabbit is doing something similar with household help.
Renting is just as boring today. We think it can feel completely different.

which means the people joining now will have an absurd amount of influence over what Homeie becomes.

Come up with ideas people actually want to talk about. Online, offline, weird, cheap, expensive, scrappy, beautiful. We care much more about whether it works than what category it falls into.
- Performance marketing.
Own Meta, Google and whatever else becomes useful. Understand CAC properly, build landing pages, test creatives aggressively and know exactly where money is being wasted.
- GTM experiments.
Reddit, offices, partnerships, societies, referrals, creator collaborations, companies relocating employees, offline distribution. Run lots of experiments and kill most of them quickly.
- Content.
Figure out how Homeie earns attention even when someone isn’t looking for a house this week.
- Launches.
