Position: Sales & Service Engineer Location : Mumbai/Pune Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate projects and collect feedback from existing and prospective customers - Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer - Identify recent opportunities (product/ market) for future growth - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.e. GEM etc. - Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer - Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of new battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs. - Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service - Troubleshooting:



Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit , etc. faults. - Follow-up with customer for order optimization - Follow up with customer for payment - Generations of different weekly and daily reports. - Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues. Experience & Qualifications: - B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics - 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products.
