Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Calypso Back Office domain knowledge and hands-on exposure to the Collateral module. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery for Calypso-based back-office and collateral management functions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Calypso Back Office and Collateral processes. - Liaise with operations, risk, and technology teams to understand settlement, confirmation, and margining workflows. - Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams. - Support UAT, defect triaging, and end-to-end testing of Calypso solutions. - Analyze collateral management processes — margin calls, CSAs, collateral valuation, and dispute resolution.



- Support regulatory and reporting requirements related to collateral and back-office operations. - Coordinate with stakeholders on release management and production issue resolution. Required Skills: - 7+ years of experience as a BA in Capital Markets, with strong Calypso Back Office exposure. - Solid understanding of the Collateral module (margining, CSAs, collateral movements). - Good knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing across asset classes. - Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Positive to Have: - Exposure to SWIFT messaging or regulatory reporting frameworks. - Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
