Hiring: Operations Executive

Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 2–6 Years

n

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max. 15 Days

Preference: Candidates with experience working in remote/site locations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
n
- Monitor operational activities, productivity, and service delivery.
n
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
n
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.
n
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
n
- Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
n
- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement.
n
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Graduate in any discipline.
n
- 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Site Operations / Facility Management / Hospitality /
n

n

Service Industry.

n

n
- Experience in remote or site-based locations will be an added advantage.
n
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
n
- Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities.
n
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
n
