What you’ll do:

* Research trending & evergreen finance/business topics.

* Study competitors and identify winning topics, formats & angles.

* Develop high-potential video ideas.

* Write engaging long-form YouTube scripts.

* Create hooks, video structures & storytelling flow.

* Develop titles & thumbnail concepts.

* Fact-check research and maintain reliable sources.

* Create production briefs for the shooting/editing team.

* Analyse video performance and use insights to improve future content.

We’re looking for:

* Excellent research & writing skills.

* Strong understanding of YouTube and viewer psychology.

* Good storytelling instincts.

* Interest in finance, business & markets.

* Someone who thinks “Why would people click and keep watching this?”

* Prior YouTube/scriptwriting experience is a robust advantage.

This is NOT a generic content-writing role, incumbent is expected to dedicatedly work on pre production perquisites.
