The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in our media team, focusing on optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth. This role is designed for a highly analytical individual with a strong background in working within advertising agencies.

Description
- 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics and metrics such as CAC, LTV/CLV, MER, CPL, CPI, and Impression Share.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and campaign management.
- Experience with attribution modeling and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns, demonstrating an ability to achieve high ROAS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze and interpret data to optimize campaigns and improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize CRO techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and effective advertising materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain competitiveness.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
