Our AI agents work across websites, Shopify stores, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other customer touchpoints.

We’re growing our sales team and looking for someone who loves talking to people, understands business problems, and can turn conversations into qualified demos.

What You Will Do
- Find and reach out to potential customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
- Prospect ecommerce brands, businesses, agencies, and other potential customers.
- Start conversations with founders, marketing teams, sales teams, and customer support leaders.
- Understand their current challenges and identify where StepsAI can help.
- Qualify prospects before booking demos.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team.




- Follow up consistently with prospects who have shown interest.
- Experiment with different messages, industries, and outreach strategies.
- Keep CRM and prospect information updated.
- Work closely with the founders and sales team to improve messaging and conversion rates.
- Track outreach, responses, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

Who we're looking for

You don't need 5 years of experience. We care more about your energy, communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

You should be:
- Comfortable talking to new people every day.
- Confident communicating over calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Good at writing short and explicit messages.
- Curious enough to understand a prospect's business before pitching.
- Persistent without being annoying.
- Comfortable with targets and numbers.
- Interested in AI, SaaS, ecommerce, and technology.
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for in
