Role Description
The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding ChillFill Foods’ presence across HoReCa, QSRs, catering, private label clients, and contract manufacturing partners. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, and conducting client meetings and product presentations.



The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining robust relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customized solutions. The executive will track sales performance, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting participation in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

Qualifications
Experience 3-8 years in HoReCa sales only, frozen sales is add advantage.

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.

Solid understanding of Business and Account Management.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in FMCG, Frozen Foods, Food Service, HoReCa, or QSR.

Experience managing Super Stockists
