About the Role

We are looking for a
Content & Script Writer
who can turn ideas, information, and conversations into content that people actually want to watch and read.

You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and social media teams to develop
reel scripts, social media content, captions, campaign ideas, and other marketing content
for our clients across different industries.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that good content is not just about writing well — it is about
grabbing attention, telling a story, communicating clearly, and making people take action.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and creative
Instagram Reel scripts, video scripts, captions, carousels, and social media content
.
- Develop strong
hooks and opening lines
that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Research different industries, brands, audiences, and topics to create relevant and accurate content.
- Convert complex information into
easy,



engaging, and easy-to-understand content
.
- Develop storytelling angles and content ideas based on a brand's objectives and target audience.
- Work with the strategy and creative teams to brainstorm
content pillars, campaigns, and new content formats
.
- Write content in different tones — educational, emotional, conversational, entertaining, authoritative, and promotional.
- Adapt writing style according to different brands and their target audiences.
- Create content calendars and contribute ideas for upcoming social media campaigns.
- Review and refine scripts based on client and internal feedback.
- Stay updated with
social media trends, viral formats, content styles, and audience behaviour
.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, factually sound, and aligned with the brand's communication.
