Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Development Trainer role based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver interactive classroom sessions on full stack technologies, covering front-end, back-end, databases, version control, and deployment practices.



Responsibilities include developing and updating course curricula, lesson plans, and hands-on projects that reflect current industry standards. The role involves mentoring learners, reviewing assignments, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build strong portfolios. The trainer will collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure training outcomes align with hiring expectations, participate in workshops or seminars, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and training content.

Qualifications
- Strong Training & Development and Training skills, with experience conducting technical or professional programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
- Background or collaboration experience in Human Resources (HR) to align training with hiring and competency frameworks.
