Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Product Manager
to develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products, support the sales team, strengthen brand performance, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Brand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare annual marketing plans, promotional strategies, and brand objectives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage product lifecycle, positioning, and brand development.

Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
- Track competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and new launches.
- Identify potential therapeutic segments and current business opportunities.

Sales Team Support




- Develop product communication and promotional materials for field teams.
- Conduct product training for Medical Representatives, ABMs, and Managers.
- Provide scientific and marketing inputs to improve product detailing and prescription generation.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve product targets.

Doctor & Customer Engagement
- Understand doctors' needs, feedback, and prescribing behavior.
- Develop communication strategies for different specialties.
- Support scientific promotional programs, CMEs, and doctor engagement activities.

Marketing Materials
- Prepare visual aids, leave-behinds, product literature, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for marketing materials.
- Ensure promotional communication is accurate and compliant with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Product Launches
- Develop and execute launch plans for new products.
