Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing, digitally native and execution-oriented Marketing & Digital Growth skilled to help strengthen its brand, content, digital presence and investor communication This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who can move fast, coordinate with agencies and vendors, use AI and digital tools intelligently, and convert ideas into high-quality execution across social media, website, factsheets, one pagers, videos, reels, email, WhatsApp, events and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution & Process Ownership

• Own marketing tasks and campaigns end-to-end, from brief to execution.





• Build and maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, approval workflows, agency trackers, event checklists and post-campaign reports.

• Use AI, automation and digital tools to improve speed, quality and productivity.

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers and vendors to ensure timely, accurate and high quality delivery.

2.Social Media, Content & Campaigns

• Coordinate social media planning and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Convert investment ideas, market insights, fund communication and investor education themes into simple, engaging and compliant content.

• Create, edit and repurpose content across formats including factsheets, one-pagers, fund explainers, product notes, presentations, emailers, WhatsApp messages, website content, landing pages, video scripts and event communication.

• Review all content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, bra
