HR Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage employee coordination, attendance verification, recruitment, reporting, and employee relations across multiple branches and showrooms. The candidate should be willing to travel when required and ensure smooth communication between management, drivers, and showroom personnel.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Monitoring & Verification
- Verify that employees and drivers have reached their assigned showroom locations.
- Ensure employees submit location photographs and required details as proof of attendance.
- Monitor and verify timely updates submitted through Google Forms.
- Follow up with employees regarding missing or incomplete submissions.

Reporting & Documentation
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Google Form submissions.
- Verify the accuracy of submitted data and attendance records.
- Share consolidated reports with management and superiors on a regular basis.
- Maintain employee records and other HR-related documentation.





Showroom Coordination
- Visit showrooms when required to meet showroom managers and drivers.
- Conduct field verification and address operational issues.
- Coordinate between management, showroom staff, and employees to ensure smooth operations.

Employee Relations
- Maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns professionally.
- Ensure proper communication between employees and management.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Recruitment & Staffing
- Continuously recruit drivers and other required staff for various branches.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain and track candidate databases and recruitment leads.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across all branches.
