We are looking for an experienced
Business Development professional
from the
Switch gear / Electrical Panel / LV-MV / Power Distribution industry
to drive business growth in one of our key international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify and convert opportunities across
EPCs, consultants, contractors, industries, utilities and channel partners
.
- Build and manage the project/sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Drive consultant/specification approvals and project opportunities.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide market intelligence to management.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in
Business Development / Sales / Key Accounts
within switchgear, panels,



electrical distribution or related industries.
- Strong understanding of
LV/MV switchgear, electrical panels and project-based sales
.
- Established customer/EPC/consultant network in the local market.
- Robust commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Electrical/Power Engineering background preferred.

Critical Requirement:

Candidates must be
currently working and physically based in Dhaka, Colombo or Kathmandu
. Only
local candidates from reputed companies
in the electrical/switchgear/panel industry will be considered.

Candidates from reputed organizations such as
ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, Legrand, L&T;
and established local manufacturers/EPCs/channel partners are preferred.
