Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and growing PearlThoughts' social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, short-form videos, graphics, blogs, and marketing content.
- Assist with planning and maintaining a social media and content calendar.
- Support inbound marketing activities to attract potential customers through content, SEO, social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Support outbound marketing activities, including prospect research, cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.




- Research and identify potential B2B prospects, companies, decision-makers, and target audiences.
- Assist in building and maintaining prospect and lead lists using relevant research tools and platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including preparing prospect lists, drafting messages, sending campaigns, and tracking responses.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and other qualified networking activities to generate relevant business leads.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain proper records of outreach activities.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and basic on-page SEO.
- Assist with Google Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Track inbound leads, outbound activities, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
