Role Description
This full-time Homecare Nurse role is an on-site position based in Hyderabad,



providing professional nursing care in clients’ homes under Apollo Home Healthcare protocols. The Homecare Nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor vital signs, and manage wound and post-surgical care. The role includes coordinating with physicians and other care team members to implement individualized care plans, documenting nursing interventions and patient responses accurately, and supporting safe transitions after hospital discharge. The nurse will educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care, while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. The position also involves adhering to infection control standards, maintaining medical equipment and supplies, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) with current registration from the appropriate nursing
