Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
AEM Developer (6+ Years)
to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, leverage Headless CMS architectures, and integrate core digital platform capabilities across client ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Core AEM Development:
Design and build custom AEM components, editable templates, OSGi services, Sling servlets, and automated workflows.
- Backend Architecture:
Write robust Java backend code and leverage native AEM APIs to implement complex business logic.
- Frontend Integration:
Implement lightweight frontend features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern integration patterns.
- System Integration & Headless CMS:
Integrate AEM with external applications and enterprise platforms using REST APIs and GraphQL in Headless/AEMaaCS environments.
- Platform Operations:
Configure and manage Multi-Site Manager (MSM)



setups, blueprint structures, and multi-language rollouts.
- Maintenance & Optimization:
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across diverse AEM environments.

Qualifications & Required Skills
- Experience:
6+ years
of core hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Core Skills:
Strong proficiency in
Java
, OSGi framework, Sling services, and servlets.
- AEM Capabilities:
Direct hands-on experience with
AEMaaCS
(AEM as a Cloud Service),
Headless CMS
, and
GraphQL
.
- Web & API Integration:
solid foundation in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Tooling & Build Systems:
Proficient in project build frameworks using
Maven
and version control systems using
Git
.
- Site Management:
Proven capability in configuring MSM, workflow models, and content authorization rules.
