About the Role

We are looking for a
Sales Executive
who can take ownership of the membership sales process from the first conversation to conversion.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.

You will speak directly with prospective members, understand who they are and what they are looking for, communicate the value of InnerCircl, handle objections, follow up consistently and convert the right prospects into members.

The ideal candidate is confident, articulate,



commercially minded and genuinely good at building relationships.

What You'll DoSales
- Conduct membership sales calls with prospective members
- Understand the prospect's background, goals, interests and requirements
- Present InnerCircl and communicate the value of membership
- Handle questions and objections effectively
- Identify whether a prospect is a solid fit for InnerCircl
- Convert qualified prospects into paying members
- Coordinate the membership payment and closing process

Follow-ups
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Re-engage prospects who have not yet converted
- Maintain clear next steps for every active prospect
- Ensure no qualified opportunity is lost because of poor follow-up

CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate prospect information in CRM
- Record call outcomes and relevant notes
- Keep pipeline stages updated
- Track follow-ups and next actions
- Maintain clean and reliable
