Job Description – Field Sales Executive (B2C)

We are looking for a
smart, energetic, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive ( B2C)
to drive Residential solar sales at the local level. The person will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting them personally, explaining solar solutions, generating leads, and converting leads into confirmed sales orders.

The ideal candidate should have
good communication skills, a two-wheeler, and a smartphone
and should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent solar leads through field visits, local networking, references, and direct customer interactions.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and other potential customers to understand their electricity requirements.
- Explain the benefits, savings, ROI, and key features of solar energy solutions to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Prepare and submit quotations/proposals as per customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys and system requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until order closure.
- Generate sales orders and ensure proper documentation from customers.
- Update leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and order status through the company's CRM system.
- Develop strong relationships with local customers, dealers, contractors, electricians, architects, and other referral partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of competitor activities, market prices, and local solar market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.
