Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / ServiceNow Operations Executive with prior experience using ServiceNow in a project or service delivery setting. The candidate will support project administration, revenue tracking, invoice initiation, reporting, and operational activities using ServiceNow and related business tools.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with project managers, finance teams, and delivery teams to ensure accurate project data, revenue reporting, billing requests, and timely updates in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support
- Maintain project records and updates in ServiceNow.
- Track project milestones, resource allocations, and project status.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project data is accurate and up to date.
- Support project managers in daily project administration activities.

Revenue & Financial Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Monitor project revenue, billing milestones, and forecast updates.




- Track project financial performance and utilization metrics.
- Generate management reports from ServiceNow and Excel.

Invoice Triggering & Billing Support
- Initiate invoice requests based on project milestones and billing schedules.
- Coordinate with finance and project teams for invoice approvals.
- Validate billing data before invoice generation.
- Follow up on pending invoices and billing-related issues.

ServiceNow Operations
- Update project-related records in ServiceNow.
- Manage workflow approvals and service requests.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across project and financial records.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with project managers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
