Skill Requirements - Deep understanding of data, metrics, and KPIs, with the ability to define metrics for recent age development environments, including automation of data collection - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic, advanced, and VBA), Minitab - Hands on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI - Experience in creating Process Performance Baselines (PPBs), building Process Performance Models (PPM), forecasting models, and developing Power BI dashboards - A Strong grasp of various lifecycle models including development, testing, and managed services - Familiarity with quality frameworks like ISO 9001, CMMI - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Role Scope & Critical Capabilities - The incumbent will operate as the enterprise Metrics SME with accountability: - Defining and operationalizing KPIs and metrics for modern, automation driven delivery environments - Collect, validate, analyze and drive across lifecycle wise metrics delivery models (Agile, Dev, Testing,
Maintenance, etc.) - Advanced data analysis using Excel (including VBA) and Minitab - Designing report and deploying analytics solutions on Power BI/Tableau to support decision making - Prepare and publish reports such as PPBs, PPMs, Quality Index, Benchmark Reports and forecast models - Leveraging AI enabled metrics and analytics (value add) - Ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, CMMI, and other quality frameworks - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate metrics dissemination. - Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities from metrics data. - Support internal audits and assessments with relevant metrics documentation and insights. - Preferred credentials include certifications in Quality Management, ATM, Six Sigma, Statistics, or Process Excellence.
