About the Role:

n

You have spent 3–6 years designing products that real users love, consumer apps,

n

SaaS platforms, or both, and you know what it takes to get from a fuzzy problem to a

n

polished, shipped experience.

n

You will own design end-to-end across our mobile and web products, establish and

n

evolve our design system, and set the bar for quality across the team. As we grow,

n

you will have the prospect to mentor junior designers and help build the design

n

function from the ground up.

n

Responsibilities:

n

• Own end-to-end design for mobile (iOS & Android) and web, from

n

discovery and wireframes to final UI and handoff.

n

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant

n

experiences.

n

• Run user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform

n

design decisions.

n

n
- Balance user needs with business constraints and technical feasibility.
n
- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component
n

n

library across web and mobile.

n

• Define design principles, patterns, and guidelines for consistent product

n

experiences.

n

• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals and

n

priorities.

n

• Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical

n

audiences.

n

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and help define design processes

n

as the team scales.

n

Requirements:

n

• Proven experience designing B2C apps and SaaS products, from

n





consumer-grade usability to complex dashboards and multi-user

n

workflows.

n

• Deep proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, prototyping, and

n

design tokens.

n

n
- Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.
n
- Solid grasp of responsive web design and accessibility standards.
n
- Experience building a design system from scratch.
n
- Strong visual design skills, typography, color, spacing, and motion.
n
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing and translate
n

n

findings into design decisions.

n

n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Designed and shipped AI-powered products where AI is core to the user
n

n

experience, not just a feature.

n

• Actively uses AI tools in the design workflow, v0, Framer AI, Cursor,

n

Galileo, or similar.

n

• Has built working product prototypes using AI-assisted tools, beyond

n

Figma mockups.

n

• Portfolio demonstrates measurable UX impact, retention, activation,

n

engagement, or conversion outcomes.

n

• Can clearly articulate design decisions and the results they drove.

n
