Role Overview

n

Moneyview is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial analysis, business performance evaluation, cost optimisation and cross-functional finance initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and support data-driven decision-making, process improvement and automation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform variance and trend analysis across key financial and business metrics.
n
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, exceptions and areas requiring attention.
n
- Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis and tracking of relevant cost drivers.
n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant financial insights.
n




- Assist in preparing periodic business and financial analyses for internal stakeholders.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing finance workflows.
n
- Use Excel, Power BI and GenAI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and reporting.
n
- Support ad hoc business finance projects and analyses based on organizational requirements.

Eligibility and Skills

n

n
- Article ship experience with a Big Four firm is preferred.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
n
- Familiarity with Power BI and GenAI tools.
n
- Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
