Hiring for "CSR " for international Voice process (Immediate Joiner)

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

- You are responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
n
- The script should sound natural and unrehearsed.
n
- Need to listen attentively and speak slowly with complete explanation.
n
- Should be able to handle objections on call.
n
- Request the name of the best person to call and ask when it's best to call
n

n

Job Specifications:

- Should have good Oral and written communication.
n
- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
n
- Should be a computer literate.
n
- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any workplace or changes happening in the sector.
n
- Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on day to day basis.
n




- Should also have a clear view of what the current market trend is.
n
- Required qualification - Any Undergrads/Graduates.
n
- Good exposure in MS Office tools
n
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
n
- Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails or other modes of communication.
n
- Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
n
- Should be able to join immediately.
n
- Fixed Sat/Sun week off.
n

Qualifications

- Any Fresher can apply (undergraduates are Eligible )
n
- At least minimum of 6 months work experience
n
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
