We are seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing devices (computers & mobiles), updating and deploying applications and policies using Workspace ONE to Adobe's Apple ecosystem worldwide.
n
- End-to-end administration of WorkspaceONE/Intune UEM setting ensuring security and high availability.
n
- Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to Apple users.
n
- Work with vendor support like Apple, Microsoft and Omnissa to diagnose and resolve issues with software and configurations
n
- Work with teams to gather requirements for Application packaging, configuration development. Develop configurations and package application and follow Change Management processes for production release.

- Work with security team to ensure that Adobe's Mac environment is secured.

Requirements

n

n




- Expert knowledge of macOS & iOS Operating System & its management, including all recent releases.
n
- Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Omnissa Workspace ONE (preferred), Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.
n
- Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro.
n
- Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles.
n
- Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
n
- In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token.
n
- Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Adobe's Apple user base, focusing on productivity, security and user experience.
n
- Experience in Bash/Zsh and Python scripting, while effectively leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
n
- Hands-on experience with AI tools.
n
- Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
n
- Good understanding of networking, and analytical skills for reporting.
