- Strong hands‑on experience in IT Service Management BAU operations - Deep knowledge of ITIL processes with real‑world execution experience - Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and operational reporting - Proven experience handling Major Incidents and service outages - Strong governance mindset with focus on SLA adherence and risk reduction - Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills Good to Have: - ITIL v4 Certification - ServiceNow ITSM Certification - Experience in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments - Exposure to automation and process optimization Essential - Own and govern end‑to‑end ITSM BAU operations - Incident, Problem, Change, and Request and Knowledge Management processes - Act as Major Incident Manager and drive fast service restoration - Track, manage, and report SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs - Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem prevention - Ensure process compliance and audit readiness - Lead continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives Minimum Qualification: - 15 years of full time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
