Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual design across You Tube, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent understanding of digital content, and the ability to transform ideas, scripts, and briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-performing You Tube thumbnails with a strong focus on CTR and audience engagement. Create engaging social media posts, carousel designs, reel covers, and campaign creatives. Develop creative visuals for branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns. Translate scripts, concepts, and content ideas into compelling visual designs. Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communication.



Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery. Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements. Explore new design trends, formats, and visual approaches to improve content performance. Deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines. Review and refine creatives based on feedback and performance insights. Requirements
3+ years of qualified experience in graphic design or a related creative role. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. Proven experience designing for You Tube and social media platforms. Strong understanding of thumbnail design, audience psychology, and CTR-driven creative thinking. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
