About the Role:

n

As Senior Executive - Program Management You will drive end-to-end program management for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) clients, ensuring seamless execution of O&M; projects. This role demands a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, coordinating across departments to deliver scalable EV infrastructure solutions while maintaining data integrity and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

n

● Lead program management for EPC clients, overseeing O&M; execution from inception to

n

handover, including timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.

n

● Manage DPR (Detailed Project Report) maintenance, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and

n

compliance with regulatory standards.

n

● Facilitate interdepartmental coordination between BD, operations, engineering, and finance

n

teams to resolve bottlenecks and align on project goals.

n

● Perform data sanity checks on project metrics, reports, and dashboards to ensure reliability and

n

support data-driven decision-making.

n

● Conduct PAN-India client meetings, site audits, and stakeholder engagements to build strong

n

relationships and mitigate risks.

n





● Monitor project KPIs, prepare progress reports, and implement corrective actions to meet client

n

SLAs and Statiq's growth objectives.

n

Collaborate on EPC tender processes, vendor management, and risk assessment to optimize

n

program delivery.

n

What Are We Looking For?

n

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent

n

certification preferred.

n

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in O&M;, EPC program management, preferably in

n

infrastructure, energy, or EV sectors.

n

● Proven expertise in DPR maintenance, interdepartmental coordination, and data sanity

n

processes.

n

● Solid project management skills with tools like MS Project, Asana, or similar; proficiency in

n

Excel for data analysis.

n

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; willingness to travel

n

extensively across India.

n

- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude in high-pressure environments.

- Familiarity with EV infrastructure, renewable energy regulations, or startup ecosystems is a

plus.
