Job Title: Performance Marketer

We're building a fast-growing skincare brand and are looking for someone who knows how to turn ad spend into real, measurable growth.

n

If you've worked with D2C brands, understand customer behavior, and enjoy scaling campaigns that deliver real results, this role will be a robust fit for you.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- You will own the entire performance marketing engine, not just parts of it.
n
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
n
- Take full responsibility for customer acquisition — from first click to final purchase
n
- Work closely with the creative team to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pages
n
- Run continuous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI
n
- Track and optimize key metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
n
- Set up and manage funnels, pixels, events, and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
n
- Use remarketing, lookalike audiences,



and smart segmentation to improve performance
n
- Manage and scale budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability
n
- Share clear insights through weekly and monthly reports — what's working, what's not, and what to do next
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
n
- Strong experience in D2C (skincare, beauty, or personal care is a big plus)
n
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
n
- Comfortable working with Shopify and conversion funnels
n
- Strong analytical thinking — you should be someone who trusts data, not guesswork
n
- Someone who takes ownership and thinks like a business owner, not just an executor
n

- Exposure to retention marketing (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

- Understanding of marketplaces like Amazon or Nykaa
