NTHE ROLE

- n
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation systems across manufacturing operations N
- Integration of 6 axis robot cells, cobot integration, PLC-based control systems, and Special Purpose Machines N
- Acts as the technical link between production requirements and automation solutions on the shop floor. N
- Plays a key role in scaling automation across recent and existing production lines to improve throughput and reduce manual intervention N
- Partners with vendors and OEMs during equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning N

nWHAT YOU WILL DO
N
- n
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for production equipment N
- Integrate and program industrial robots and cobots for pick-and-place, welding, assembly,



or material handling applications N
- Support design, development, and commissioning of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) N
- Troubleshoot automationsystems (electrical, mechanical, and software) to minimize downtime N
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line efficiency and OEE N
- Prepare and maintain documentation — control logic, wiring diagrams, SOPs, and change records N
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on automation upgrades and cost reduction N
- Ensure automation systems comply with safety standards and guidelines N

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
N
- n
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing automation N
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots and cobots (e.G., ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots) N
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar) N
- Experience in SPM design/development or working close
