Location: Hyderabad Mode: Hybrid Shift Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST Job Profile Summary: The Customer Intelligence Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting high-level internal data to support the Randstad salesforce with pursuit opportunities. Core Job Responsibilities: ● Maintain a high-degree of customer service and professionalism while monitoring and responding (real-time) to focused data inquiries from the Randstad sales team via a dedicated mailbox ● Conduct fact finding to assist in gaining a competitive advantage on pursuit opportunities ● Extract data and run operational reports from internal and external portals focused on Randstad operations, sales activities and the staffing industry as a whole ● Prepare accurate monthly,



quarterly and annual reports and develop recent reports on an ad hoc basis ● Access our internal sales systems to provide global revenue reports on our clients ● Utilize a combination of proprietary data tools and 3 rd party business intelligence focused on the staffing industry and labor market to support and perform a wide range of market research projects ● Assist with various team support requests as assigned (client registrations, questionnaires, prospect lists, etc.) Skill Requirements: ● Google suite proficiency (including Notebook, Gemini) ● Basic knowledge of how a CRM works (e,g., Salesforce, etc.) ● Excellent team working skills ● Versatility and the ability to multi-task ● Exceptional communication skills ● Extremely organized ● Self-starter who loves to work in a virtual international team ● Quickly able to analyze and interpret data and content ● Have good technical skills and strong attention to detail Role Qualifications: 1 – 3 years of experience working in support of sales initiatives. A proven track record for follow-up and project completion a must. Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and maintain a results-driven personality. Ability to translate findings into clear insights
