Role: Head - Grid Academy Required Technical Skill Set: Utility IT/OT Integration, ADMS, DERMS, EMS, GridOS, PowerOn, Grid Modernization, Power System Operations, Training & Capability Development, Instructional Design, Program Management Desired Experience Range: 15-25 years Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune Desired Competencies: Must-Have: Deep domain expertise in Grid Control Systems and Utility IT/OT landscapes. Knowledge of (ADMS, DERMS, EMS) preferred. Proven experience in setting up and scaling a corporate academy, learning center of excellence (CoE), or high-tech capability building program. Robust leadership skills with a track record of driving technical training delivery, curriculum engineering, and competency framework definition. Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with TCS business heads, delivery teams, and external partner ecosystems. Exceptional communication, mentoring, and talent enablement capabilities. Good-to-Have: Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), digital learning management systems (LMS),



and virtual simulation environments (Grid Digital Twins). Prior experience working directly with or for Digital Grid or a leading utility implementing their solutions. Certifications in Project/Program Management (PMP, Prince2) or agile methodologies.
