Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards JDE Delivery Manager to lead multiple largescale JDE programs Application Management Services AMS digital transformation initiatives cloud migrations and strategic client engagements The individual will be responsible for endtoend delivery governance customer relationship management financial accountability operational excellence and team leadership across global JDE engagements
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 92 with robust delivery management capabilities experience managing global teams and a proven track record of driving customer success operational efficiencies and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Own endtoend delivery of JDE engagements including AMS enhancements upgrades rollouts and transformation programs




Ensure adherence to project timelines service levels quality standards and contractual commitments
Establish delivery governance frameworks and drive operational excellence
Manage multilocation offshore onsite and nearshore teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary interface for client stakeholders and executive leadership
Conduct Steering Committee meetings Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs and service review meetings
Develop trusted advisor relationships with client business and IT leaders
Ensure high customer satisfaction and proactively address escalations
AMS Managed Services Governance
Manage SLAKPI commitments and service performance
Drive incident reduction root cause analysis automation and service optimization initiatives
Establish dashboards for service health monitoring and reporting
Govern ITIL processes including
o Incident Management
