- Hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Accessn
- Strong understanding of MDM / EMM / Endpoint Management conceptsn
- Experience managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devicesn
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Accessn
- Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, profiles, apps, certificates, compliancen
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and REST APIs for automationn
- Basic understanding of networking, VPN, certificates, and securityn
- Familiarity with ITIL processes in enterprise support environmentsn




- Solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsn

nKey Responsibilities*

- Provide L2.5‑level support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access platformsn
- Handle advanced escalations related to enrollment, authentication, compliance, and app deploymentn
- Manage device lifecycle including onboarding, policy enforcement, and decommissioningn
- Configure and maintain profiles, compliance policies, restrictions, and applicationsn
- Support SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / Entran
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actionsn
- Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIsn
- Assist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancementsn
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standardsn
- Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooksn
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and supp
