Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage the System Administration / L2 Support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations and SLA adherence.
- Handle L2 escalations related to Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
- Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and endpoints.
- Monitor team performance, ticket queues, response/resolution TATs and service quality.
- Allocate tickets and tasks within the team and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor server health, uptime, capacity,



patching and system performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V environments.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Coordinate with L1, L3, Security, Network, and other technical teams for complex issues.
- Review major incidents, conduct RCA, and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, documentation, and shift handover processes.
- Support 24×7 operations and manage rotational shifts/on-call requirements.
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to management.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows/Linux System Administration.
- Positive knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN and Firewall.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of RMM/monitoring tool
