nWe are looking for enthusiastic Chess Coaches who can inspire young learners, build strategic thinking skills, and make every class exciting.
nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Chess classes for children aged 5–15 years.n
- Teach Chess fundamentals as well as advanced strategies based on the curriculum.n
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.n
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.n
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.n
- Ensure high levels of student participation and retention.n
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.n
nEligibility
n
- n
- Strong knowledge of Chess fundamentals and strategy.n
- Prior experience teaching Chess to children (online or offline) is preferred.n
- FIDE rating, tournament experience, or Chess certifications will be an added advantage.n
- Excellent communication skills in English.n
- Passion for teaching young learners.n
- Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online teaching tools.n

- Laptop/Desktop with webcam.n
- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).n
- Good quality headset with microphone.n
- Quiet, well-lit teaching environment.n
nWorking Hours

- Flexible Part-Time Hours.n
- Weekend availability is preferred.n
- Minimum commitment of 15–20 teaching hours per week.n
