nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced POD Head / Showrunner to lead one or more integrated content pods responsible for delivering high-quality creative work across social media, branded content, digital campaigns, and video-first storytelling.
nThis is a leadership role that combines creative thinking, production expertise, operational excellence, and people management. The POD Head will own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from understanding client objectives and shaping creative execution to managing production teams, timelines, budgets, and overall quality.
nThe ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can manage multiple brands simultaneously, and has the ability to inspire teams while ensuring flawless execution.

- Lead and manage an integrated content pod comprising creative, strategy, production, and post-production teams.n




- Take complete ownership of assigned brands and ensure successful campaign delivery from brief to final execution.n
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture within the pod.n
- Mentor team members and provide regular feedback to drive growth and accountability.n
- Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize productivity and efficiency.n

- Partner with Creative Directors, Content Heads, and Strategy teams to shape compelling campaign ideas.n
- Ensure every piece of content meets the highest creative and storytelling standards.n
- Challenge teams to deliver fresh, platform-native, and culturally relevant ideas.n
- Maintain consistency in quality across all deliverables including reels, branded films, digital campaigns, and always-on social content.n
- Drive innovation by encouraging experimentation with recent formats and storytelling techniques.n
