We're looking for someone who lives and breathes You Tube to own and accelerate that engine.

About the Role

You Tube is not just a content platform for us — it's a discovery system. This role exists to make Traya win on both of You Tube's engines: search and suggested. You'll own the strategy and execution behind videos that compound over time and videos engineered to be recommended, while extending our reach into Google results and AI-driven discovery surfaces.

What You'll Do
Own You Tube growth across Traya's channel(s) — strategy, planning, packaging, and performance Master the two engines of You Tube discovery — search and suggested — and build a content mix designed to win each Design for the metrics that drive the algorithm:



click-through rate, retention, and viewer satisfaction Build evergreen, search-led video content that compounds, alongside content engineered for recommendations Leverage You Tube's role in Google search results and AI-driven discovery to extend organic reach beyond the platform Bring a solid point of view on packaging and storytelling — titles, thumbnails, hooks, and narrative structure — not just keyword optimisation Work closely with creative, brand, and performance teams to translate insights into repeatable content playbooks Track, analyse, and report on channel performance, turning data into sharper creative decisions What We're Looking For
Hands-on You Tube experience — you've grown a channel or run You Tube content and understand, from experience, why videos win or stall A confident grasp of You Tube SEO, packaging, and retention mechanics An understanding of how You Tube connects to broader sear
