Lead the Industrial Coatings division end-to-end — strategy, P& L, and team — driving revenue growth and market share across manufacturing, automotive, construction equipment, and infrastructure sectors. Reports to the NSM.

not just quarter-to-quarter Proven, exceptionally accelerated career growth — not a slow, linear climb 10+ years in B2 B industrial sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role Paint industry background strongly preferred; industrial paints/coatings experience a must Preferably under 45 years of age Out-of-the-box thinker who challenges convention and builds new market approaches Natural fit for an owner-driven, entrepreneurial culture — hands-on, fast-moving, accountable Key Responsibilities
