About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise transformation projects to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

Lead and manage multiple projects focused on the design, development, and implementation of Gen AI Agent solutions. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Gen AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business leaders.



Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a cooperative and high-performance culture. Monitor project execution, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Drive adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies. Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment across teams. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and delivery excellence. Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project requirements. Track project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes. Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project health and delivery
