nXah brings craft and specialty Indian teas into contemporary life. We source whole-leaf, artificial additive-free tea directly from growers and micro-factories across Assam, the Nilgiris, and beyond. We sell online and run our flagship outlet in Indiranagar for tastings, workshops, and events.
nThe role
nWe're a small founding team heading into the festive season and need an extra pair of hands across marketing and sales. You'll work directly with the founder and associates. Your focus:

- Social media marketing: Create and post Instagram content — captions, reels, stories — and manage day-to-day community engagementn
- Digital marketing: Manage and improve ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon) and track basic performance numbersn
- B2B sales: Reach out to cafés, hotels,



corporate gifting partners and other leads; follow up and help close dealsn
- Pop-ups, workshops, and events: Support Xah at pop-ups, tastings and partner activations — setup, sales, customer conversationsn
- Store support: Step in to support the operations at our Indiranagar outlet when neededn

nWho you are

- A marketing or sales management traineen
- Comfortable with both creative work (content) and sales conversationsn
- Proactive — you figure things out instead of waiting to be toldn
- Ready to hustle — this is startup hours and startup pace, not a fixed 9-to-5 with a transparent scriptn
- Happiest doing the work, not observing it — expect to be at events, on calls, and on the shop floor, not just taking notesn
- Based in Bangalore, available full-time for 2-3 months, 6 days a weekn
