ROLE OVERVIEW
nWe are looking for a proactive Growth Manager with solid analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified.
nYou'll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts,maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own assigned client accounts as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, follow-ups, meetings,requirements, and issue resolution.n




- Drive new business and account growth across enterprise clients through Staff Augmentation, Product Engineering,Data Engineering, AI, and Outcome-Based Projects.n
- Develop and manage sales opportunities with large enterprises, banks, financial institutions, government organizations, PSUs, and other large institutions.n
- Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Heads, Procurement teams, government stakeholders, and institutional decision-makers to create and close opportunities.n
- Identify and pursue government tenders, RFPs, institutional projects, and large transformation programs, coordinating internally for proposals and commercial closure.n
- Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and wallet share.n
- Collaborate with Delivery, Technology, Recruitment, Presales, and Leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements and commitments
