nJob Summary:
nLooking for a senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) OTL Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), preferably with solid experience in CWR (Contingent Worker/Workforce) and EPS processes. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, implementation/support, integrations, testing, and business process improvements.

Analyze business requirements related to Oracle EBS OTL and workforce/time-management processes.n
Configure and support Oracle OTL functionality.n
Work on timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing.n
Support CWR/EPS-related workforce processes and integrations.n
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.n
Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT and defect resolution.n
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.n
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.n
Work closely with HR, Payroll, business users, and technical teams.n
Participate in implementation, enhancement, and sup
